1. To add a user, click on the “Users” tab in the settings screen.


2. Click “Add New User”.

3. Review and accept Healigo's Clinician Terms of Use & Privacy Policy.


4. Agree to the terms of our Business Associate Agreement.


5. Enter the clinician’s name and email.


6. Click “Submit”. The new user will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to start using Healigo.

7. To manage existing users, click on a clinician to reveal a drop-down menu.


8. From this menu, you can edit user details and roles, and also reset their password.
